"Packed lunch" is like a Dickensian caricature of a gentleman otter smartly dressed in his top hat and morning suit facing reduced circumstances with a suitcase by his side. His status evident in his bronze signet ring, bow tie, monocle, cane top, fob watch, lapel flower and suitcase. He is on the move again. As he is an otter his lunch a fish, squashed into his suitcase like a sandwich.
